Erin Locati
Executive Board
Erin Locati (Purple) is a physical therapist in San Antonio specializing in bringing high quality care to the high-risk pregnancy and postpartum populations within acute hospital settings. Erin is passionate about increasing the quality of maternal healthcare in south Texas. The COVID pandemic was jarring working in a healthcare setting and experiencing the disconnect of her day in the hospital to the toxic rancor outside the hospital. Erin was drawn to Braver Angels because of its message of respectful, meaningful conversations across political divisions during a time when she could see those divisions increasingly affecting her own relationships and community. Erin has been involved with Braver Angels since 2021 and is helping the Central Texas Chapter increase its presence in the Bexar county area.
Victor T. Lundy
Executive Board
Victor T. Lundy (Blue) is a senior analyst for Trailstone Group, a renewable energy firm based in Austin, TX. He has over 20 plus years of experience working in various facets of the energy industry. Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Ellis College (NYIT) and is originally from Passaic, New Jersey. Upon moving to Texas, culture shock ensued, along with an overwhelming desire to bridge a political divide he regarded as exhausting and depressing. In the aftermath of the George Floyd protests, Victor realized that what the country experienced was NOT the “Racial Reckoning” that most media pundits believed we were in, but due to the pandemic, rather only a collective real-time visceral reaction and realization from a large portion of America to the harsh realities of extreme police brutality that most Black Americans have been all too familiar with. Sadly, the worldwide passion of that moment has subsided, but the disparate views on social issues have remained. Victor comes to Braver Angels with a primary focus on community outreach, to increase the minority representation across the organization to more accurately reflect the demographics of the general population. Furthermore, Victor has a deeply committed mindset to expand the local and national discourse on the intersection of Race and Politics, to explore how generational inequities have severely hindered people of color, and how institutional policies and structures have contributed to the national political divide. Furthermore, Victor has a goal of establishing Braver Angels within corporate spaces through workshops (Depolarization Within, Red/Blue) that can be conducted in line with company sponsored Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. Victor is currently on a soul cleansing journey to lean into his PURPOSE as a servant for humanity and goodwill, which makes Braver Angels the ideal place for him to be at this moment in time. Victor is 55 years old and has a 30-year-old daughter (Kiana) who lives in New York. He enjoys living and traveling with his girlfriend, (Angelica), spending time with family, discovering obscure African American History facts, reading and watching/playing sports.

Jade Morgan
Executive Board
Jade Morgan (Purple) is a public service professional with over 15 years of experience working in social welfare, community development and education. Jade holds a bachelor’s degree in international social work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a master’s degree in social science research from New York University. From 2015 – 2017 Jade served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines where she worked to empower women, girls, and youth. She moved to Austin, Texas in 2021 to be closer to family and more like-minded folks.
Jade came to Braver Angels from the fringe. From a very young age, Jade gravitated to a politically radical subculture and had little exposure to alternative views. Eventually she began to recognize that her confrontational approach was flawed and worsening the very issues that she sought to make better. Since this realization, Jade has been on a journey exploring differing ideas in good faith, learning from people of all political persuasions, and promoting tolerance and civility. Although she’s not quite the radical she once was, she still enjoys rock'n'roll music, tattoos, and riding on the back of motorcycles. She is also an artist, musician, movie-lover, world traveler and outdoorswoman.
